Supervisor Desktop - getting kicked out

We are running IPCCX 5.0 and our supervisors are getting kicked out. They get a message that "someone is logging in under this user id, you will be logged off" and then they are logged off. They are able to log back in , however, it happens a few minutes later.

Sounds like someone has this supervisor's password. Change the password on the user to avoid two people having it.

We changed the supervisor's password and she is still getting bumped out.
