Webdialer on cisco 7931

Hi folks,

i've some issues with webdialer feature on 7931 in a 6.1.1.2000-3 Communications Manager environment.

When i try to call an internal or external number from CCMUser page the browser return a java exception:

java.lang.NullPointerException

I also develop an application that use SOAP feature of WebDialer service; it works fine with 7911, 7941 and 7961 but return "CallFailed" with 7931.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem.

The way to correct the issue is the change the Outbound Call Rollover setting on the phone configuration page to No Rollover.

Would you be willing to share the SOAP webdialer app you developed.
