encryption mode ciphers

Unanswered Question

Hello,

I am setting up a Wireless LAN. The encryption mode ciphers command reads that for example you can combine aes-ccm and tkip which allows for aes encryption for unicast cipher and tkip for the group cipher. What does this mean exactly? I do not understand what the group cipher is. Also, if I select WPA for key management and use AES-ccm as the encryption cipher, is the access point really using AES encryption?

thank you,

I have this problem too.
