I've configured an h323 link to integrate a CCM 5.1 and a Genesys GVP v7.2, as the Genesys documentation says.
It worked fine, until the CCM didn't close the lines after the GVP drop the call. So now I have on the CCM 17 open devices and 17 open lines. If I call the IVR I hear congestion.
I've tried resetting the h323 gw interface on CCM and the Route List that uses the Route Pattern to call the GVP, but the lines still remain open.
Anyone of you has configured this integration? why the lines and devices remains open?
It's reccomended that a Gateway and not the CCM pass the calls directly to the GVP? Please let me know.
