I'm trying to make a ipcc backup but not finish successfully: the error is as follow:

first thing to do is check and correct NIC bindings on both servers and reboot of all servers, including CCM!!!

Then check Datastore on both servers. Check if this is installed correctly at all and in full service.Any name changes?

Is DS in full service on both (check with Serviceability Tool


disable the CSA on the IVR and CCM server then run the backup.


Check the Agent datastore, and ensure there is node under Datastore Control

Center->Agent Datastore.
