Removing Subscriber from CCM that has already been removed from network

I had a failover site with a sub that has been removed from the network. When I try to delete the server from CCM admin it is telling me it is still in use by NT services. How do I remove it from the services if the PUB can no longer see this server? Should I stop all services on the PUB and then try to delete the sub?

that is not the way to do that, we have a doc on that:

Removing a Subscriber Server from Cisco CallManager (Revised 07/25/2005)

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/4_1_3/ccmcfg/b09remsr.html

the main issue is that if you did not deleted all the dependencies and stopped the services before getting the server out from the network the PUN thinks that the server might be temporarily offline

the best way would be to plug it back again and follow the proper procedure to avoid further issues.

if it's not possible the only way would be to delete the entries directly from the DB which is not the right way to do this
