Hi all,
I have someone who wants to access an employee in Israel from their home phone(PSTN).
Currently we can dial the extension or translation pattern to route the call internally.
One way I can think of is to create a new DID and have it forwarded to Israel.
Is there another way and just to make sure this way would by-pass his home international charges.
Thanks,
Randall

Your idea sounds feasible. Make a new DID, and call forward all to the number in Israel.
Also, if you are using VPN, you can have your guy VPN into your network, and have his IP Communicator register with your call manager, and have him call that way. Its up to you.
Hope that helped a little.

He does not have a notebook, so IPC is not really an option.
Thanks,

OK i got it now.
Dial the DID voicemail number to get into the system. Then you can dial 1 to dial an extension. dial the extension, and press 1 to confirm.
