One of my Subscribers Voicemail doesn't get transferred. Guess I could just recreate the account, but what's the right way to check this? I was thinking there was a setting for number or rings before pickup or something.

You can check under Call Manager, find the phone and select DN, and see if the call forward No answer to voicemail checkbox.
Thats a first place to look at it.

if you already have the CF settings to VM are you using the right VM profile?
if you dial any other number that gets you into unity and then dial that extension are you able to reach it?
