removing secretary on CM

hi experts,

when we remove the secretary's extension then those user's phone that is forwarded/diverted to this secretary,their calls will go to switch board.

Is there's a way to find out (b4 deleting the secretary's DN) to know who are linked to this secretary? So that we can adjust accordingly...

the only possible way to do so would be to review the numplan table and look under the CF fields in there to find out which phones are using that DN as CF destination

Hi Robert,

Sadly, as Jaime nicely noted there is no such Dependency report :( I'm guessing though that the phones that used to be covered by the Secretary whose DN is being removed are now being covered by someone else? If so, you could keep the DN alive (maybe a CTI Route Point) with a permanent Call Forward to the new Secretary/Admin. This way the calls will be routed appropriately.
