CCM 6.1.1 Unable to generate report

Unanswered Question

More like accurate report.

I schedule a job, but it is unable to pull ANY line information what-so-ever, I get a blanked job that claims it's complete, but no report given.

Device configurations will report just fine. But if I want to pull the Call Forwarding information it doesn't return any information.

If I try a report with both device and line items, I will only receive the device information.

Any ideas?

Search for CDR and verfy that field " CDR Enable Flag " and " CDR Log calls with zero duration " is set to TRUE . also verify DBLayer Monitor and RIS Datacollector is running on all the servers.
