Dear Friends. I need a help. When some body ring Ext 1000 if it is not answered, it should go to next Ext 1001 and if it is not answered,it should got 1002 and if it is not answered it should to go voice mail for fist ext 1000. How to do this in call manager and in unity server.

configure the CF settings to VM on the last phone.

Unity uses the original called number to choose the mailbox.
