Locale problems with CCMuser page on CUCM 5.1

Hello,

After logging in the CCMuser web site, there are two things that don't seem to work correctly, both related to locale:

1.- Users change the regional configuration of the phone, but then a reset is required, so users think that it does not work and the CCM administrator has to reset the phones after they change the phone's language.

2.- Users can only see the CCMuser page in one language and it doesn't change even after the user selects another language, as a consequence, the user's guide of the phone can only be downloaded in the predefined language.

Does anyone know how to solve these issues? Thanks in advance.
