What is meant by overriding VRU Settings?

Arpit,

When you check this option, for example, if you have set up in the IVR script that a prompt is not interrumplible and you check the script in ICM as interrumpible, the VRU script is interrumpible though you have set it up as non interrumplible.

Sorry,

I think that you were referring to the VRU properties in Configuration Manager.

I have never used this node. I have used QM or IPIVR.
