I have some external customers calling in and they get an occasional busy signal. But then call back and get through.
What can I look at here to start?

check what the max number of sessions is set to on your jtapi trigger

Hello,
The max number of sessions is 10. Can that just be changed or do i need a license. Also, how do I monitor sesions.

Sure, the number of sessions can be changed, but the actual number depends on the number of CTI-ports configured (maximum is the number of CTI-ports) and perhaps other scripts which also needs CTI-ports.
With the Realtime Monitoring webpage you are able to monitor the number of sessions, etc.
