Hunt List

This is the first time I have ever set one up, so I am sure I am missing something very basic.


I have configured my line group, hunt list and Hunt Pilot. When I dial the number for this hunt group it goes to the first agent, then routes to voicemail. My problem is it does not roll to the second or third agent in the hunt group. Any ideas? My distribution algorithm is "logest idle time" and my hunt options are "try next memeber, then, try next group in hunt list"In addition I only have one line group.

Check the timers in both Hunt Pilot and Line Group so under HP you have enough time to route the calllets say configure 30 secons against 10 for each agent
