DND sofkey not working after IOS upgrade for CME 4.1

I recently upgraded to IOS 12.4(15)T3 for CME 4.1. The softkey DND has stopped working. The button has no effect if IP Phone is connected, ringing or idle. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

Hi, suggest you use instead 12.4(11)XJ4 that has very few know issues.

I just noticed that the DND does work on a few of the IP Phones. There is only one ephone-template and all of the IP Phones have the same phone load. I also have another CME with the same IOS 12.4(15)T3 running on a Cisco 3800. The DND softkey works on all phones. The only differences are the platform (2821/3800) the IP Phones (7940-7960/7941-7961) and IOS 12.4(15)T3 w/o crypto / IOS 12.4(15)T3 with crypto.

Also check phone FW, which ones are not working ?

The App Load(P00308000400), Boot Load(PC0303010200) and Version (8.0(4.0))are the same on all 7960 Phones.

Thought I would pass this on. Under "Telephony-service" I had to add "hunt-group logout Hlog" After the command is entered you should re-create your "cnf-file" The output says that you should reset your IP Phones but I did not have to. The Dnd softkey begin working right away. I'm running IOS 12.4(15)T3. I hope this helps.
