Thank you J. the reason I did ask. I have a script collect users from Ciscoworks and report

to a database server when users need about the device status they just go there read discovery report from there.

so what happen the last 30 day's or so the script unable retrieve data from CW. I got the same error message on other server when running this script.so I am thinking some kind of Java problem.
