How To confirm if you are facing this:
(*) If your DFM reports 10% stuck issue in DFM for windows 2003 platform,
search for DLLs(msvcm80.dll, msvcp80.dll, msvcr80.dll) in the entire
system. You are likely to see more than one copy of these DLLs
(*) Check for the version of dlls above.
(*) If any of the version is different from 8.00.50727.42, the issue will occur.
Using listdlls.exe from www.sysinternals.com you can confirm if a CW process is in fact using that dll. Place the attached dll in: CSCOpx\objects\smarts\lib
