I'm trying to put together a script that will give customers an expected wait time while they're in the queue. I've got this part working but the script reports expected wait time in seconds and I would like for it to report in minutes. I found some post that explained how to do this but it is not working for me and I was wondering if someone could take a look at my script and tell me where I'm going wrong. I realize I still need to add a few things to the script but I mostly want to get the expected wait time working first. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!
