hello

I have a problem with the Ciscoview, it doesn't show me some devices like router 2801,2811,2851. I loaded the last version of packages of the router 2800, but I still can't see that devices.

In >CS>software center <devices update I see that CV has 245 device type count and the RME has 466 device type count (in RME I see the packages of the router 2800).

-----------------------------------------

device map of the RME show me :

321. 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.619 Cisco 2801 Integrated Services Router Rtr2800 1.1

322. 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.576 Cisco 2811 Integrated Services Router Rtr2800 1.1

323. 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.577 Cisco 2821 Integrated Services Router Rtr2800 1.1

324. 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.578 Cisco 2851 Integrated Services Router Rtr2800 1.1

-----------------------------------------

I read in other conversation I have to see what is the objetsID for that router, and I went in a SNMP walk and don't appear nothing about OID. where else can i look for OID, when I have the OID , what can I do with this parameter?

I hope the above information be enough

thanks guys

In the SNMP Walk tool, specify the starting OID of sysObjectID.
