Migrating to Unified communications exchange 2007

we are currently using unity 5.0 and it is in its own active directory domain and forest as well as the exchange 2003..we want to move to exchange 2007 unified communications and this is in a different domain/forest as well...what would be the proper steps to migrate over in a situation like this from untiy 5.0 in one seperate forest than exchange 2007 thats in another forest?

you would need to do a DIRT backup and then reinstall the server on the new domain forest to integrate it with Exchange 2007

when you say server you mean uninstall the unity server form the old doman reinstall to the new domain right? then re-import everything?

whats the process to intgrate with exchange 2007?
