Catalist 3745 with version 12.3 (22) has lost all the connection with voip for at about one hour, and come back working with no action. There is no message in the logs. Does someone knows if there are any reported issue about this IOS version and voip

No, there are no any reported issue about this IOS version and voip. It might be a many reason for loosing the connection for the voip. Normally this happens when there are underlying network issues eg device is missing the keepalives from the CallManager

and is forcing a reset. A large percentage of these types of cases are related to the Switch, DHCP, or a Network problem such as heavy multicast or broadcast traffic or could be a phone load problem.
