Use a channelized T3 adapter for an unchannelized circuit

I have a PA-MC-T3 but need to use it on a full T3. Can I do that with this card? This is not the PA-MC-T3-EC which I know can switch modes.

The only way I can think of is to break out the individual T1s and then use a BVI for all 28 serial interfaces but I'm not sure if it will work. Would like a point in the right direction if someone out there has had to do this before.

Sorry, that won't really work and I suggest you don't do it. Where the circuit terminates ?
