GSR linecard microreload time ...

Hello,

A customer wanto to apply QoS on a 4GE-SFP-LC but we need more than four queues configured, so according with the documentation we need to use the following command:

hw-module slot <slot#> qos interface queues 8

and after that we need to do a microreload on the linecard.

Router(config)#microcode reload 2

Does anyone knows how long will the linecard be offline (traffic affectation)on this card?

The downtime will be in minutes for a linecard reload. The exact time depends on a lot of things (config, version, # of routes, etc)

On one box I would need to microreload 3 different linecards, so I think I would better reload the whole box, this also would work, right?
