I just created a custom CUE script for a CME customer and they "now" don't receive the Caller-Name information when the call is transferred to them via the Auto Attendant.
Is this a Script issue or CME-SIP issue?

try using this command in cue
ccn subsystem sip
transfer-mode semi-attended

I have a deployment of CCME CUE 3.1 and 4.3, and I use the CUE with transfer-mode attended. In this case when the CUE transmitting an incoming call to a destination, the caller can not hear the ring-back tone. Also in transfer-mode phone that receives the call of CUE does not show the number of the caller.
