Hi,
Do I need to have write SNMP access configured to poll CE routers on the MPLS cloud ? This is for end to end (CE-CE) measurement.

It depends... if you are using IPM to deploy them yes, if not no. The IPSLA process keeps control of its buckets and empties them as the get full.
FYI the current SAA RTR etc venacular is "IPSLA"

Thanks for the information. Now, it makes sense to me to have the SNMP commuity string configured as Read and Write on the CE routers.
