PIX 515E problem with static nat and redirect port

hi, i have pix 515E conecting in DMZ an appliance of antispam. PIX will be make nat on tcp 25 port in Internet address and redirect traffic to private address to tcp 26 port. Thats ok, but when i try that this appliance going out to internet trought http, this can out. How configure both nat with redirect ports and pat ?

Use NAT/GLOBAL for PAT purpose so that you can nat the hosts on the inside to access the internet.
