can someone help me with this issue.
we have UCCX 5.0, and simple script that routes calls to CSQ with 4 agents.
after prompt welcome messages is played, script can't route call to agents. Cisco Desktop Agent state turns to Reserved and Music on Hold is played. Call doesn't go to the another agent and it's left on hold.

you need to check your Call Manager Searching Space, the calls are not able to connect to the agent phone, that is usually caused by the Gateway Partition not to be in the Agent Call Searching Space.
