ACS v2.4 to 4.1

Hi,

I have ACS 2.4 Running on Windows NT.

Building a New server Running 2003. Installing ACS 4.1.

How do I get the Configuration off the old server onto the New ACS install (user Settings,Groups and NAS).

Dave,

Quite lengthy process , These are steps to upgrade the ACS 2.4.1.

1)Make sure Windows NT is with SP6a

2)Upgrade to ACS 2.6.4

3)Now take a backup from the ACS 2.6.4

4)Build a Windows 2000 server with SP2 and install ACS 2.6.4

5)Restore the backup take you took on step 3 to the newlybuilt server

6)Now upgrade ACS to 3.0.4 and install SP4 on the Windows 2kserver

7)Upgrade ACS3.0.4 to ACS3.3.1

8)Now take a backup and rstore this backup on the ACS3.3.1installed on Windows 2003 Server.

Incase you don't have NT then you can try it with 2000 0r 2003 as I was able to upgrade it sometime back.

IS there anyway to get a List of Configured NAS's on the ACS server.
