em-hda-6fxo call failed

Hi. I have 2821 with vic2/4fxo and em-hda-6fxo. When i call over ports on vic2/4fxo let's ok. Then i call over ports em-hda-6fxo in telephone i heard short, thick signal. You can help me with this problem?
