We have version 4.1.2.1 of the clean access agent. Currently the agent (every night) will act like it disconnects and then prompts the user for a local db login. If the user just closes the window - (by clicking in the upper right corner) - the clean access agent will re-authenticate on its own. We have the configuration to keep the user logged in for 160 hours but every 24 this occurs.
