Hi

Can some one tell me the basics on this product. I have read the literature but am not clear if this runs on a cisco supplied MCS server? and works with CCM or CCME.

Can it provide a display/wallboard of agent activity.

Where can i find the part numbers so i can get pricing

Not too familiar w/IPCC, but I do know the following:

It does run on an Cisco supplied MCS server.

It does work with both CCM and CCME (looks like just version 5 work w/CME per the doc)

It does work with various types of wallboards.

Not too sure of the part numbers
