UCM 6 & HW CFB

Folks,

I have a HW conference bridge registered with my UCM, I created the MRGL and MRG and added it to the phones. However every time a user tries to setup an AD HOC conference call, he gets a fastbusy and he lost the call. I had the same problem before and I don't remember quite good, but It was the steps we took on how to configure the GW, the profile and the version is like 4.1 the latest one, if you could point me on the right direction that would be great

If you just set it up, you may need to reset all the device pools. The phones do not pickup the MRG when you add it, it only picks it up upon reboot of the phone or download.

If the CFB is registered from the router to CUCM, and your added it into the MRGL, etc.. it should work. Sometimes all those lists and pools need a restart for it start working. I know with MOH, it's the same thing. Restarts, restarts, restarts

is the HW CFB registered?

if you're using CUCM 6 and the IOS version does not show the 6 version take the version from the ios config

if you issue a show dspfarm all does it show as registered and working?
