Pleas help me!!!

i had coreSwitch 3560 and access switch ce500,so i had create Vlan and do intervlan already but my issue is:

i want to do :

1, all the vlan cannot communication with other vlan but some of Ip address in vlan can access to other vlan,

Could you give me some simple configuration for permit host and deny on coreswitch?
