Hi
I need hide the calling number of my customer to external call. How can I do it?
In a site I use CCM 5.x with voice gateway H323 and another site I use CCM 5.x with voice gateway MGCP.
Thanks

You need to do translations. On the H323 gateway, you can do the following:
voice translation-rule 1
rule 1 /calling number/ /number you want to send out/
voice translation-profile OUT
translate calling 1
voice-port x/x/x:23
translation-profile outgoing OUT
On the MGCP gateway, you can just change the external calling party mask to what you want to send out of the gateway.

So
I need that the clid show Private Number and not another number.

With translations, you have to replace a number with another number. If you want to have the numbers come up as private, I believe you have to contact your telco so they can make the numbers private.

you can use a translation pattern to intercept the call and use the settings:
Calling Line ID presentation and/or Calling Name presentation to block this
this are also available at the route pattern
as Kenneth mentions even if you set this sometimes the Telcos if you do not send this will fill the information with something else like the 1st number on the set of DIDs they assigned to you so it's a good idea to call the telco and see if they can do it for you, or if they can allow your settings to pass-thru unchanged

under route pattern, change the calling line id to "Restricted".
