Hi Guys,
I have never worked on unity express and need to reset a users voicemail password.I have logged into the service engine and need the command to change the password.I would like to do this via CLI rather than GUI.Any links to documentation will also be great.

You can do this with the following command:
username user2 pin 4444
This would reset the PIN for user2 to 4444. See the following link.

You may actually want to change the PIN :)
In order to change a password (you are unable to view a forgotten password), use the user

unity-e-vm(config)> user XXXX ?
create Add the user account
phonenumber Specify a number or extension for the use
None of the above commands work guys.These are the only options i have...

Type "exit" at this prompt and try the command again. You should not be in configuration mode.

Thanks for that tidbit bbuffin...I have been racking my brain for the last longest on how to change the vm pw from the cli.
