Speed Dial URL in call manager 6.1

In CallManager 6.1 the to get to speed dial we have to go to Directory>Personal Directory>Speed dial

What i want to do is use one of the butons on the phone to directly access the speed dial.

I have tried to get the url from call manager but could not find it. Can someone tell me where i can find that url

As long as they've got a button template with speed dials, they can go to http:///ccmuser then log in and put in their own speed dials.
