Signature update access restriction as of Thu 4/17/2008?

As of yesterday I'm no longer able to download signature updates and the following message is returned:

"This page is only available to registered users with a Cisco Service Agreement."

Our service agreement is still valid. The other question is why restrict downloads when there's already a restriction and expiration on the appliance as far as signatures? It just seems like an unnecessary inconvenience.

I have this problem too.
