CUCM 6.0/Phone registration rejected if Pub is not in CMG

Running CM6.0 and phones will have their registration rejected if the PUB is not in their CMG. Even if a phone has previously registered, and I modify the CMG to take out the PUB, on reset, the phone gets registration rejected.

Are they getting proper configuration file from TFTP?

Any Error under status messages?

Have you restarted TFTP and disable caching and create all configuration files?

Looks like a Change notification problem if network settings are fine

How many servers?

1 pub and 3 subs right now and all subs have the same issue. Right now the pub is defined as the TFTP server and yes, they get their proper tftp config file.

I'will try restarting TFTP server tomorrow - but as the subscribers aren't defined as their tftp server, will that possibly help?

Yes - and we have Unity connection ports registered to them. The phones won't.
