CUCM 6.0/Unity Connection Integration

I have put all line groups, hunt list, hunt pilot, voicemail ports, voicemail pilot, etc and test phones in the same partition and the same CSS. When I dial the pilot, I get a fast busy. When I dial a specific port in the HL, UNC answers. Any suggestions?

you should not be able to dial the port on Connection. You should restrict these ports.


Reset your line groups/ pilot points.


Sounds though like you have an issue in the CSS/PTs though. If you can dial the port number, the pilot point number has an issue.

not an issue with PT and CSS - everything is in the same CSS for troubleshooting. They have to dial the pilot point, which then sends them off to Unity. No restrictions right now until we get it working. Dialing UNC directly was just for troubleshooting.

check the pilot number for overlap in the dial plan.


Sounds more like something in callmanager somewhere.
