CRS Web Page not able to login

Hello,


We installed the new IPCC Express 5.0 system, integrated with Call Manager 6.01. Everything was working fine at our staging facility. We configured exact network configuration as per customer. We programmed few scripts as per customer's requirement and then We shipped the systems at our customer site and connect to the live network. Call Manager, Unity & IPCC Express server came up fine until for IPCC Express we are not able to login into the system via CRS ADMIN WEB PAGE. We enter the username and password and it keeps checking for this URL http://ipaddress/CRSLogin/j_security_check, no error message (only Authentication checks goes on and on and on).


Any help/suggestions would be great and appreciated.

If you have done any upgrades try using the default passwords or try synchronizing the password within the system.


Step 1 In the CRS Admin Utility, use the checkbox to select the CRSAdminstrator

account.

Step 2 Select Option > Set New Password.

The Set Accounts Password dialog box appears.

Step 3 Use the dialog box fields to specify and confirm a new password and click OK.

A warning dialog box appears.

Step 4 Click OK.

The password is applied to each node in the cluster and the accounts running

under CRSAdministrator account on all nodes; a dialog box reports the status of

the changes.

yes you should try the default password and change it... if your problem is more basic are you sure you are on the righ url? check your other url's that should work from where you are accessing.
