CCM6.1 How can I setup a system wide external address book / SpeedDial List

Hi,

I'm doing a CCM6.1 install and customer has requested that everyone has access to a system wide external address book and speed dials. Is this supported in CCM6.1, and if so how is it configured?

If not I assume that Cisco expect you to use web dialer - is that right?

In CCM4 I used to configure a CCM Operator User and use this for the external contacts list, and give each phone access to this address book via a service. In CCM6 the address books are all under the directories button now and there's no longer a service.

I will tell you what i've done. I used a translation pattern to translate to the full number. For example, dial *75 and four digit number. Created a spread sheet with these numbers and published it. This seemed to work well for my customers.
