FAC issue on 7941 with SIP firmware.

Dear friends,

we are using SIP firmware in some of 7941 ge phones, FAC code is displaying in clear text in dial list, how i will change in to "*" as SCCP phones.

Pls advice.

My SCCP phones are working fine.

The issue could be due to some bugs.Which is the callmanager version? can you try applying the latest patch to the callmanager software

i have UCM 6.1.1b, latest, but issue is not fixed, i am not sure wheather i am missing some config ?

Hi ganesh,

Can you please share the Bug ID if you have. I am also running into the same issue with SIP phones running the latest Firmware and also using the CUCM Version 7.1.2.
