Hi,

This is my problem,i have set a VOIP networkin a Bank,this is how it work,i have a central gatekeeper at the head office which controls all the branch gateway.At the headoffice i have a PRI connection from the gakeeper to a Nortel PBX,at the branches there is a gateway with 3/4 line from the FXS ports to the PBX,the branch PBX are much smaller as compred to the ones at the Head Office.

This arrangement has been working ok but of late there has been complains that a person dials a particular branch and ends up at another brach i.e you intend to call brach A but your calls end up being picked at branch C,by and large the configuration on the Gatekeeper have remain unchanged and i believe my dial plans are okay which-controlled by the gatekeeper.

How best do i resolve this problem?
