This is Shameer from Cisco Pre-sales Team. One of our customers would like to know about the up gradation process from Cisco Call Manager 3.0 to 6.x. As per the information which I got that he has to upgrade 3.1 to 3.3, 3.3 to 4.x and 4.x to 6.x. But the part number for up grade (SW-CCM-3.3-UPG=) and all these versions (3.0, 3.2, 4.0, 5.0) are in end of life. So is there any possibility to upgrade 3.1 to 6.x version. If it yes please provide me the part number for up gradation.
