Does anybody know what kind of file this is

and why it is so big (44 Gig). The file is found in /opt

Based on the location this file is either a Collect Server Info or a JET packet capture. If the former, go to Common Services > Server > Admin > Collect Server Information, and delete the CSI from there. If the latter, go to DEvice Center > Package Capture, and delete the file from there.
