I attach the output of the show_run command of my router that is connected to my ISP.
The access to internet is very slow I would like to have the opinion of any of you guys who have more experience and are expert on that subject.
Can you suggest to me what Can I do to optimize my problem. Are the QoS policies well designed?
All the serial interfaces are loaded as follow:
Serial0/0/1.156 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is GT96K Serial
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 1544 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 84/255, rxload 250/255
I really appreciate your help
Thanks a lot

You are limiting your output CIR to dialup connection (56kbps).
Is that what you intended ?
frame-relay cir out 56000

Please modify your map-policy with the following:
map-class frame-relay Policing_Internet_IN
frame-relay fecn-adapt
frame-relay cir 2000000
frame-relay mincir 1500000
service-policy input Prueba
After this policy is applied, WWW will be limited to rate 1200000 bps, SMTP will be limited to rate 200000 bps and the remaining traffic will be limited to rate 200000 bps
