I have a DNS on the inside of my PIX, with IP 10.1.1.3, trnaslated at PIX as 10.1.2.3.
Now an application like Active Directory client accessing from Less Security interface access the DNS as 10.1.2.3 but as on the local DNS there is no Host name against that IP it doesnt reposnds back.
Can i have to tweak PIX or something like alias has to be added on the DNS server ?

I think what you're saying is you want to access 10.1.2.3 from an inside client? Is that correct?
What version of PIX are you running?

You could do something like this...
same-security-traffic permit intra-interface
global (inside) 1 interface
nat (inside) 1 0 0
static (inside,inside) 10.1.2.3 10.1.1.3 netmask 255.255.255.255
