7960 Display Pixel Problems

Have 3 7960 phones whose Display name ends with "n". However, the phones displays an "r". I have checked for spelling in the UC520 and everything is spelled correctly. I have even tried a different letter and the pixels appear to be the issue. Any suggestions?

Is that a long name? Perhaps there is no space for the rightmost column of pixels, so n looks like an r.

The longest name is 11 characters long total. Once of them is only 9 characters long with the same results. However, on internal caller ID the names appear as they are supposed to appear.
