Hung calls in sh isdn active

In my 3640 SIP-ISDN gateway, I am seeing calls in sh isdn active that I do not see in show isdn status:

Yes, sometime call reamins stuck and clear commands cannot do anything. Try latest maintenance for 12.4(12), if still the same it's matter for the TAC>

Hi, you need a support contract to download software for the router.

So would you know what release fixes it?

I don't know, but you have no other choice than upgrade and hope. You can take debugs, but chances are they won't help if there is a bug in the isdn stack (happens often).
